what is the PC_i in 2_Running_GWAS.R

Thanks for this method and providing code. I am a little confused what is PC_i (I=1 to 10) in the plink2 --linear part in file 2_Running_GWAS.R. Is that the three principle components of the genes mentioned in your literature? Then in the ten splits, should they be the same? So, PC_1 to PC_10 are the same files? And those principle components are confounders we want to adjust, should we use --covar before that file? Thanks
