Base64 to Base30 Conversion

Hi,

We are using React Native to capture the signature image as Base64 image and call a legacy API that requires JSignature image data in Base30 format.
Is there any library function that could convert Base64 to Base30?

I see that there is a method to convert Base64 to Native. How do i now convert from Native to Base30?
