Wrap up dm-env-like interface

ARES interface is inspired by the DM Env interface, but we are still missing a few of the methods on the interface.

Still missing:
- `reward_spec`
- `discount_spec`
- `observation_spec`
- `action_spec`

We may review and decide we don't need all of these, but these are the ones we currently don't have.
