when opening fernglas, the app shall look up the useres ip address (ipv4 / ipv6) and use it to directly issue a query about that ip address.

When BMP is available, I would also consider showing a list of (and past established) sessions with #sent and #received prefixes etc. on the start page.
But maybe as a fallback when BMP is not available, we can show the results for the ip address of the user.
