Error: Error while setting WP_CACHE constant into wp-config.php!

Hi,

When I do activate-cache I get this error:

```
$ wp-cli rocket activate-cache
Error: Error while setting WP_CACHE constant into wp-config.php!
```

File and directory both have write permissions. Also .htaccess file doesn't get written with mod_headers directives.
