Remove hostnames when CDN is deactivated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When i use "wp rocket cdn --enable=false" WP-Rocket doesn't remove the hostname. When i re-enable the CDN later, the site is broken because there are 2 hostnames in settings (because i use random urls like cdn2244423.domain.com).

Also delete hostnames when use "wp rocket cdn --enable=false".
