The implementation of extract_roi_features_v1 in timm_model.py different from paper 

Hi, I have a question about the implementation of the function ```_extract_roi_features_v1(...)``` in timm_model.py different from the idea of extract roi features from the paper. Could you explain to me why this is the case though
