`vct` metadata usage

vct metadata contains information about verifiable credential display, schema and format. Those act at different levels in the issuer-wallet-verifier triangle.

The usage of @sd-jwt/sd-jwt-vc project along with the alignment with SD-JWT-based Verifiable Credentials (SD-JWT VC) help the suggested solution to be interoperable with others, providing a standard way to address the issue, noting that those standards are still drafts and an ongoing work.

The targeted architecture would enable to act on both the issuer, wallet, and verifier to enable integrity, display, and formatting for the different representations of the identity information from its source to verifiable credential to its presentation and usage by the relying party.
