OpenID4VP: Remove PEX query language option

Problem Statement

As per OpenID4VP Draft 26, DIF Presentation Exchange has been removed as a query language option. Hence, DCQL is the only query language that should be supported by wwWallet in order to be aligned with OpenID4VP v1.0.

Required Tasks

• Remove PEX-based presentation requests and presentation submissions from the verifier
• Remove PEX-based presentation requests and presentation submissions from the issuer (for VC presentation during issuance)
• Remove PEX handling from the wallet
