Use `vct` metadata claim path information in the verifier

Problem Statement

vct claim metadata can be used as a primary source to fetch formatting information for the credentials. It gives claims path helping to format JSON resources in a standarized way described by SD-JWT-based Verifiable Credentials (SD-JWT VC)
