Rule string for filters not shown in cge-tools

I can see some filters in jni of the library like PolarPixellate, MosaicBlur, MotionFlow but cge-tool doesn't give any idea to get the rule strings for these filters. How to apply these effects using your library.

Updating tools will really be helpful. But if you provide me one example of rule string for each of PolarPixellate, MosaicBlur, MotionFlow it will be enough for me for now. I can simulate and visualize effects on android device. Please be kind enough to write 3 lines for me.

Motion flow is explained as @dynamic mf <totalFrames> <frameDelay>
e.g @dynamic mf 10 0
The others are not parsed for now. I will do that soon.
