[Android] Update to Google Maps v2 API (Google Play Services) #29
Developers can no longer obtain v1 Google Maps API keys, but the solution only implements v1. Need to update the Field Service (Android) app to use Google Play Services and the v2 API so that developers can leverage maps in Android app.
