Icons as buttons in the Tray

Hi all,
In the tray it is possible for simple icon to have a function, rather than just slider controls. It could be that any of the Hot Keys can be added to the tray as a button (icon). For example, I want to be able to switch inputs which doesn't need a slider control, a button is enough. Or turn off a monitor, button,
