Automatically refresh brightnes without transition after starting machine

I have the most basic setup. Bright in the morning and dark in the evening with normal "brightness transitions speed". However when the machine has been powered off for half a day, like overnight, then in the morning/noon it still uses the low brightness of the evening and transitions slowly into the new brightness. Even tough it should be bright right after booting. Sure the transition speed could be set to instant but then you loose this feature for the other times, eg. going into sunset its very nice to have.

Obviously its the same problem if the machine was powered off during the day, then its a slow bright to dark transition, even tough its nighttime already and burns out your eyeballs for a couple of minutes.

I´m no coder and guess that the brightness probably can´t be adjusted instantly after boot, aka before Twinkle Tray starts. But it should at least do it automatically afterwards.
