Twinkle tray steals focus when changing brightness whilst on fullscreen app after 5 seconds

When on certain fullscreen apps, Changing the brightness via hotkey or scrolling tray icon causes twinkle tray to steal focus after 5 seconds but not tray icon popup
If the settings window is open it will focus to that, otherwise it will just drop focus of fullscreen app, I assume focusing the tray icon/taskbar.

If the settings page is open, but you change the brightness via tray icon popup, then it will focus just the taskbar/exit fullscreen. If you alt tab back to the settings page and then do brightness changes it will focus the settings page.

Seems to be the same mechanism as talked about in here (#835 (comment)) but this occurs only when Twinkle Tray changes the brightness whilst fullscreened apps are active. is occuring on change of brightness.

It is a little finicky, occuring maybe 90% of the time depending on when I last focused the settings page/tray icon etc

Drops fullscreen focus for me in:

• MPC-HC fullscreen
• Films and TV fullscreen
• Fullscreen mode game

Doesn't drop fullscreen focus (I assume because they use borderless):

• Borderless fullscreen mode game
• VLC fullscreen

Tried disabling Win32 and electron hardware events but no change.
Tried v1.16.1 which fixed a bug relating to this but no change.
Tried v1.16.4 which also fixed a bug relating to this but no change.

Actually, it's constantly stealing focus no matter the active window state, but because the taskbar is visible/active when not in fullscreen mode it doesn't change the shown windows.

When the settings page is open, it will focus to it on brightness change after 5 secs change via hotkey or scrolling tray icon, but not when using the tray icon popup.

If the settings page is open, but you change the brightness via tray icon popup, then it will focus just the taskbar/exit fullscreen. If you alt tab back to the settings page and then do brightness changes it will focus the settings page.
