Not detecting display

When I run the app, it keeps showing "detecting display..." But when I open it as an administrator, it really works. I don't know what happened; it used to work without running it as an administrator, but now it needs to be run that way. There's also this JavaScript error that says "write EPIPE" if I run it normally, without admin rights.
