Incomplete range of adjustment

Just installed twinkletray, so maybe I'm just a newb, but..

Monitor: CRUA 27 inch Monitor - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093YDH6FF?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1

Adjusting twinkletray from 0 to 100 causes the monitor's brightness level to be adjusted from 50 to 123. The range of the monitor is from 0 to 100. So it doesn't go all the way down in brightness.

Happy to provide any logs etc if I'm given instructions on how to produce them.
