I'm using r 4.4.2
I had to install the dependencies:
ERROR: dependencies 'som', 'ROCR', 'SSPA', 'fitdistrplus', 'lars', 'reshape', 'spls', 'metap', 'rsm' are not available for package
'MetaboAnalystR'
'som' was available for Bioconductor but SSPA is not available for Bioconductor version 3.20 with R 4.4.2
I downloaded SSPA binary manually from Bioconductor archives and installed manually using R CMD INSTALL, then the MetaboAnalystR binary

cd ~downloads
R CMD INSTALL SSPA_2.30.0
R CMD INSTALL MetaboAnalystR_3.0.3.tar.gz
