ReplaceMin not in MetaboAnalystR 4?

Hi, I'm trying to conduct our previous pipeline that replaces NA values by small nonzero values using the ReplaceMin function. I installed version 4.0 for my R, but found out that ReplaceMin is no longer included (I also checked the NAMESPACE file, this function is not there).

Is there a specific reason why it has been removed? Is this approach no longer valid?

You are correct. In version 4.0, some function names and argument names have changed compared to earlier releases, and functions like ReplaceMin were removed or replaced by newer routines such as PerformSanityClosure. However, the tutorial code provided for v4.0 still uses the old function names, so the examples don’t fully match the latest version. I haven’t been able to find updated tutorial code that corresponds exactly to the v4 functions and arguments. Any hints?
