Beta diversity analysis: obtaining individual pairwise comparisons from PERMANOVA

I want to get information about the significance of differences between each pair of groups in my dataset. Currently, the statistical output of MicrobiomeAnalyst (Web and R) is only the string stating the F-value, R-squared and p-value. I tried a few different ways for extracting but none of them work. Can you please provide a method to get a table that lists the results of the pairwise comparisons?
