Put blogs into categories #2
Description
Goal: Create a page where we can upload 100, 200 blogs and still have good user experience
Background: Initially the plan was for blogs to show up in google search when people search for things like what to do in seattle, is grilling healthy, etc. Then they will find our blogs and click the affiliate links. Now that the platform is expanding to social media and videos, we will link the main creative-showcase page instead of relying on google search
Blogs are currently all displayed on 1 page https://pixelpen.net/creative-showcase. We need to organize them so that readers can filter by category. They are already organized in the input file but the category field is not used. https://github.com/xiajohn/pixelpen.net/blob/local/infra/user_input.json. Take inspiration from https://medium.com/. Come up with a mockup/picture to review with me. You can use any mockup software, it doesn't have to be good as long as i get the idea. ms paint is fine. Currently the creative showcase page is rendered using below meta data. You can see this file if you open up dev tools and look at the network tab on the real website. What needs to change in order for you to add categories to the page? How is this meta data generated? Hint: https://github.com/xiajohn/pixelpen.net/tree/local/infra/blogPipeline. Make sure you understand how blogs are being put into the website. It only uses 2 files https://github.com/xiajohn/pixelpen.net/tree/local/frontend/src/blog
