Any way to get phonemes in connection to words?

This seems to work great! I am getting phoneme timings and I am quite happy but I am wondering how I might connect this back the words themselves?  I would like to also get the start and stop time of words and know which phonemes are connected to what words.  Any ideas or is there a way to do this that I missed?
