How to configure claims capabilities

Hi ,

Is it possible to dynamically configure capabilities for claims in themis ?

Now the yaml file in the  github repo has both read and write capabilities by default as here     https://github.com/xmidt-org/themis/blob/bef8acbc446e95ad69ef228d6fd833da0a3aab85/themis.yaml#L81

Can someone provide an example on configuring other capabilities too
