Temporally fixed bug.

The highlight page has two tabs hot in week hot in month.
The same answer may appear both in two tabs.
However, the answer div is associate with its id, which mean that we have two element div with the same id in the page.
This is really bad and all the js function will fail.
Here is the temporally fix but not good.
