[FEATURE] Article search by title, content, or domain

Add a search input in the header that filters articles by matching against title, body content, domain, and tags. Client-side text matching is sufficient at this scale (156 articles).

Show results with article title, domain badge, and snippet. Bilingual — search should work across both languages.
