Some search results don't open

I recently noticed that if Nightshade 1.2 is enabled, the Google search results that appear under the "People also ask" don't respond to clicking.

I updated Ventura and Safari yesterday. I also updated Nightshade to 1.2 two days ago. Perhaps one of them caused the issue.

Safari 17.3.1

Same issue, i couldn't expand some of the google search results, clicking on and image from search results also doesn't open it. However, right click does.
