Rain doesn't stop on server switch

Rains on

Describe the bug
When I join a server, let it rain and switch servers via fast transfer, it keeps raining

To Reproduce
Join the proxy, join a server and let it rain, switch servers

Gonna look into that, we will probably need to overwrite another data set on server transfer. Thanks for reporting :)

How did you start raining?

This code doesn't for me with proxy

For example: It occurs when player transfer from nukkit server (implemented weather, it is raining) to pmmp server (not implemented weather).
