external `wrap` function in `PoolEuler` transfers amount in base decimals instead of shares decimals

In PoolEuler: calling the wrap function with a receiver that is not the pool address will transfer an amount in base decimals, instead of shares decimals, therefore transferring an infinitesimal amount.
