[Question] Is there a way to blur the terminal?

I know this only works in Ubuntu 22.04 / Gnome 41 or lower and needs to be updated to work on the latests versions, but does the blurring part still work? if not, is there another way to blur my terminal? (I'm on Ubuntu 24.02 / Gnome 46)
