looses scroll position after context menu closes

Version tested: 1.3.8
Platform: rooted Nook Simple Touch, firmware 1.1.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Browse to a directory containing enough items that there is more than one screenful.
2. Scroll down.
3. Long-press an item to pop up the context menu.
4. Either perform an action or just cancel the menu.
5. Notice the scroll position.

Expected result:
The scroll position is identical to where it was before the menu was opened.

Actual result:
The scroll position has reset to the top of the list.
