Does not check managed settings

Thanks for this small yet very usefull package

Currently the package does not check

Managed Settings and also for windows users

Native Windows

    User settings: %USERPROFILE%\.claude\settings.json (e.g., C:\Users\YourName\.claude\settings.json)
    User state: %USERPROFILE%\.claude.json

Also it will be helpful if other file names can be given as a command option, as for example I use a separate project where I am using names like customized-v2.12-settings.json which currently cc-safe doesn't check.
