height and width fill parent

It is working fine when we give static height and width but when i use fill_parent for height and width it is not giving proper output, it is cutting some edges from right side. Any solutions for this?

Adding this xml (mostly) fixed this problem for me

android:layout_width="fill_parent
android:layout_height="fill_parent"
android:layout_margin="5dp"
android:layout_centerInParent="true"
