Description
If there is a large discrepancy between the number of papers found and the number linked, I should check that there is another dissertation by someone with the same name, or if the same name appears 10+ years before the phd year. If not, then go ahead and link to the big cloud.
I should also flag if I make that call, and maybe also output the number found and number linked. Then I can limit later analysis to well-linked authors and just exclude common names.
