Feature: Detect unused Vertical Pod Autoscalers (VPAs)

While kor supports detection of unused horizontal pod autoscalers (HPAs), it currently does not account for unused vertical pod autoscalers (VPAs). The logic used to determine which vertical scalers are unused would be similar to the existing one for horizontal scalers.

I was unaware of this, but consulting the official documentation, I found that:

Unlike HorizontalPodAutoscaler, which is part of the core Kubernetes API, VPA must be installed separately in your cluster.

This should be taken into account when implementing the command. I guess the simplest solution is to forego search for these resources if the cluster does not support them.
