Manage Occupation and Manage Academic display only items that has tags

มี 2 วิธีที่จะแก้ปัญหานี้
1)บังคับให้ต้องใส่ Tags ก่อนกด save ทั้ง create/edit
2)แก้ controller ทำให้มันรองรับกับตัวที่ไม่ใส่ tags ด้วย
