Choose sound volume as absolute value, not percentage #124
Description
If my media volume is at 100 and I set the sound volume to what I like, then when media volume is set to, say, 50, the sound volume will be too low. It would be better to set the sound volume I like as an absolute value, and then have that capped by media volume, but not otherwise changed.
