Can this IME support T9 style?

I think this IME is developped based on Google one.
I know that Google one can not support T9 style.
Can this?
Or will this can?

I have an ideal for make an Pinyin IME for T9 and support for hardware keyboard.
Then the T9 keyboard can eaily be used for it.
Do you think so?
