Android 16 Status Bar Time

In android 16 I can't seem to find a way to remove the time in the status bar on the top left. All the options to disable aren't doing anything. I can include seconds, but theres no option to remove it.

Seeing this as well. The battery icon can't be hidden either. I'm assuming the keys have changed with the newest update. I'm not sure the dev is still working on or paying attention to this project though

I'm sure it has to relate to Material 3 Expressive release. All the status icons changed. You also can't disable battery icon.

anybody have an update on this? I've been living with it since the update and still annoyed every time I see the clock and battery.
