Implement Control Mode as in WisprFlow #58
Description
A dedicated shortcut key or modifier which will have the LLM process the input as commands to the AI, perhaps modifying or taking input from the current context. Such as "take the selected items and make them into a bulleted list" or "insert the value of Pi to the 10th place".
