Users API limit

I'm pulling users from Redmine and always getting first 100 users, though I'm setting a limit to 5000

Unfortunately this is Redmine API issue, not package issue
I have the same issue with time_entries
Ont of solution.

But in my case I override method time_entries and makes that its return a Promise.
