Feature request: Multiple Telegram chat IDs per address

First of all: I this is an amazing project!
My request to make it even better:
Would it be possible to set different Telegram bots or chat IDs for different addresses?

This would be extremely useful for shared setups (e.g., multiple miners or partners), where each person should receive notifications only for their own address.
