some worked examples please and input data help please #2

Dear zaritskylab,
this tool looks great and I would like to try it with our cell painting data. I was wondering if you would be kind enough to add some more worked examples in the documentation.
Also, can you give more information on how the input data is expected for this tool? Can you analyse more than one dataset? for example if we had several plates of reference data and a few plates of test compounds ... can you analyse these in one go?
