Motivation
as we have seen over recent weeks in October 2025, presales have come back into the spotlight with ICM gaining traction. one of the larger issues with presale mechanism is that it becomes extremely difficult to assess credibility of users through social metrics alone, and running blanketed whitelists based on XYZ social / real world criteria is to an extent, anti-crypto. devs want to raise capital that believe in the project, but in the case of situations like "vibe" from dev.fun, we run into hard walls when all the presale participants flip for a quick 5x, and all buyers afterwards just get dumped on.
there needs to be a way to assess the quality of a wallet without needing them to authenticate through social or other KYC avenues.
Solution
a "believer" score that checks a given wallet for hold times, hold amounts, peak gain on tokens that they hold, and how far they're willing to hold.
the expectation is someone like Pow or Gake would have relatively high believer scores, and someone like cented or cupsey would have extremely low believer scores.
by authing in with their wallet, a preflight check is done that would automatically set presale or other investment limits based on
- total portfolio value
- total holdings relative to total portfolio value
- total "hold time"
- "maliciousness": when they take profit / close a trade, how quickly do they sell?
by creating this system, devs can whitelist presale participants to certain allocation ranges based on their believer score.
