Missing examples using `lb_` load-balancing options

Slack user @mmccul noted that while we have documentation for the lb_ options in node.cfg we don't have any examples of actually using them to balance workers across multiple nodes/interfaces/etc.

Things to fix before use:

1. The host parameter is obviously the FQDN of the target host. (Because RFC 883 is here and I think it's actually pretty stable)
2. The NIC name
3. The CPU PIN numbers. The below CPU pinnings were derived from a very large cluster that was then scaled down
