Unable to download training data (PolyaID & PolyaStrength): GitHub LFS quota exceeded & Zenodo pointers only

Hi @zhejilab,

First of all, thank you for this excellent work. I recently read your paper "Deep learning of human polyadenylation sites at nucleotide resolution" and I am trying to use the training data for my research.

However, I am currently unable to access the training data files due to the following issues:

1. GitHub LFS Quota Exceeded When trying to download the large text files from the repository, I receive the "This repository exceeded its LFS budget" error, indicating the monthly bandwidth limit has been reached.

2. Zenodo Archive Issue I checked the alternative link provided in the paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.10048606). However, it appears that the Zenodo snapshot only contains the Git LFS pointer files for the training data, not the actual content.

Specifically, the following files are only ~135 bytes each, instead of the expected large datasets:

PolyaID_training_data.txt

PolyaStrength_training_data.txt

Request: Could you please provide a direct download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or an updated Zenodo record) for these two training data files?
