PrimerDesign for Insertions

Dear Thomas,

I've just found this tool and it's awesome, thank you.
I was wondering if it would be possible to design primers for genomic insertions, too. I've seen in the README that INS is not one of the considered SV types but, if I understood well, you used it to design primers for mitochondrial insertions in the 1000 genome project paper, so I would like to know if there is any chance to expand this tool for other INS (as MEI insertions).
