Subscriptions for the default account were saved as {$account}, not as
{$account@$service}, creating an extra subscription in the $state
hash.
Also remove buggy entries on startup.
Gedge found an error in load_friends() which made us download the friends list 10 times. This fixes The Big Freeze on startup.

This fixes the mysterious additional subscription that keeps showing up in the JSON cache.
Thanks to gedge this also fixes The Big Freeze on startup.
