Move core from "Experimental"

Not sure if this is something that you would set but right now the only way to get the core in the UI is to set the "Allow Experimental Cores" option. Is there a way to specify this to not be the case? Just trying to make it easier for people to see this core exists and lower the barrier to entry.

It is a flag that can be set in the core .info file, purely administrative. There are 2 reasons why I did not do so, though neither one is very strong.

One is that savestates are not yet supported. For these 8-bit machines, this is an important option, as original machines did not have any save option (except maybe few games that could save on disk). I do plan to implement that, but it may take a while.

The other is that there may be some breaking changes in the sense that existing configuration may be changed. Specifically I am considering moving the key mappings from core options to input descriptions, which is arguably a better way of handling it.

Ok, I think those are solid reasons. I definitely think 2 is more valid than 1, but I do think users really like save states and might consider it a WIP core without that feature.

I fully agree with the savestates need. I suck at games now that I am an adult so savestates are a necessity for me as well.
