Hello team,

we are facing another issue with Zowe V3.3(along with case Performance issue - Zowe V3.3 zowe/zowe-install-packaging#4655). When we try to list a job in z/OSMF API - > Jobs API /zosmf/restjobs/jobs it gives following error:

Error: response status is 403

IZUG846W: An HTTP request for a z/OSMF REST service was received from a remote site. The request was rejected, however, because the remote site "" is not permitted

We are running Zowe V2.18 concurrently where the same action is working correctly. Could you advice what can causing it on Zowe V3.3? Thanks

Steps to reproduce:

login at API Mediation Layer
Go to z/OSMF API
Jobs API: /zosmf/restjobs/jobs
