Damaged macOs app

Zowe V3/V2 Server Install Wizard v1.1.0 for Mac fails to start with the error:

“zowe-install-wizard.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

I installed it with zowe-install-wizard-1.1.0-arm64.dmg from https://www.zowe.org/download.html#download-v3 without any issues.
I'm trying to run it on macOs Sequoia v15.5 (ARM-based).

@DNikolaevAtRocket this is a security policy of some mac computers (especially the ones at rocket) in which if the .dmg file is not signed the way that apple likes, (or maybe is unsigned), then the file will be "quarantined".
However, the mac UI is terrible at telling you this is happening, and it uses scare tactics to make you think its broken.

In a terminal, running
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/app will remove the quarantine.
I dont believe there's a UI for this, in apple's great wisdom.

@timgerstel was looking into how the OMP/LF can be an official signer of our mac builds, but until we do have official signing, this is what happens on macos...
